c-Integral offers workshops, training programs and consultation services based on consciousness-in-action, our unique approach to integral transformation. We help people committed to personal change and social transformation develop keen awareness, critical understanding, and appropriate response as they address the many serious challenges in their lives, work, and communities.

Through our personal and professional development offerings, we seek to:

  • Support participants’ well-being, full development and integral consciousness through their personal growth and social change work.
  • Promote a deep understanding of the complexities of race, gender, culture and other social identity issues, and the impact of power dynamics on the lives of all people.
  • Teach principles and practices that foster greater balance and harmony between often conflicted aspects of self, community, and society at large.
  • Enhance our ability to effectively deal with complexity, recognize and embrace multiple perspectives, and fluidly shift between these as appropriate.
  • Facilitate consciousness-in-action—liberatory and transformative processes that help us move beyond reactivity to willful response, pro-activity and visionary leadership.
  • Encourage attitudes, values, states of being, and behaviors that, when practiced in community, foster the on-going development and transformation of self and others.

The work of c-Integral will greatly benefit change agents — educators, students, community organizers, social justice and spiritual activists, cultural workers, service providers, helping professionals, business and organizational leaders, public servants and others — anyone struggling with the many forms of oppression while simultaneously attempting to create positive change.
